Roof Replacement
We don't do shortcuts on replacements. Tear off the old roof, check the decking for soft spots, install synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, shingles, ridge vent. The whole system. Your roof is only as good as the layers underneath.
Roof Repair
We repair every type of roofing. Asphalt shingles, metal panels, flat membranes, tile. Our guys carry the materials on the truck. Most repairs are same-day once we're on site.
Storm Damage Repair
Our storm damage process: free inspection, full photo documentation, direct filing with your insurance carrier, meet the adjuster on-site, and handle the repairs once approved. We don't ask for money upfront on insurance claims.
New Roof Installation
We install new roofs on new construction, room additions, detached garages, and covered patios. Our Washington crews handle residential and light commercial. Standard install time is 1-3 days depending on size.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
Designer shingles like GAF Camelot and Owens Corning Berkshire mimic slate and cedar shake. Higher cost than standard architectural, but the look is incredible. We install all designer profiles in Washington.
Flat Roofing
Flat roof leaks usually happen at penetrations, seams, or flashing details. We locate the source, repair it properly, and coat the surrounding area. If the membrane is shot, we'll recommend replacement. Not a band-aid.
Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Washington commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.
Gutter Installation
We install 5" and 6" seamless aluminum gutters in Washington. Standard homes get 5", high-volume areas and steeper pitches get 6". Downspouts every 30-40 ft of gutter run with splash blocks or underground drains.
Roof Inspection
Roof inspections after a storm are free. Always. We document hail hits, wind damage, and any pre-existing issues so your insurance claim is accurate and complete.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
Tubular skylights bring light into tight spaces. Closets, laundry rooms, interior bathrooms. They use a reflective tube through the attic space, so they work even when the roof is far from the ceiling. Installed in a few hours.
